Are there any issues surrounding microservice deployments on different versions of Beamable compared to the client version?

So for example, an app is live with Beamable version 1.0.0 and a microservice deployment is promoted to the prod realm that was created on Beamable version 1.0.8?
Would there be any issues relating to differing Beamable versions, or is that irrelevant?

As an additional question, if a new microservice deployment is promoted to the prod realm, is that deployment-ready instantly and live players will never know that it happened, or is there a stop-gap between the new deployment being live after being promoted? How is that handled?
